Over time, parts become misaligned, felts become compressed, and the piano stops responding to your touch like it’s supposed to. Action regulation is the process of getting the piano to perform like it did when it was new.

Deep Cleaning: This process includes a surface cleaning and involves removing the piano action and the keys to clean underneath the keys. A deep cleaning is required when a piano has suffered from rodent damage.
